1. Use of the Platform

The Institute Hub provides a SaaS platform for institute management and an institute discovery directory. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Pro Plan is available at ₹500/month or ₹5,000/year
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee
• Refunds are not provided for partial months used

3. Institute Listing

Institutes listed on The Institute Hub are responsible for the accuracy of their information. We reserve the right to remove listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

4. Data Ownership

Institutes retain full ownership of their data including student records, financial data, and certificates. We do not claim ownership over any institute-generated content or student data.

5. Certificate Verification

The Institute Hub provides a certificate verification infrastructure. Institutes are solely responsible for the accuracy of certificates they issue. We do not independently verify the authenticity of institute-issued certificates.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our platform to issue fraudulent certificates, collect unauthorized fees, harass students or parents, or engage in any illegal activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Institute Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
