We collect information you provide directly, including: institute registration details, administrator accounts, student records (name, contact, academic data), payment information, and usage data from our platform.
We treat student data with the highest level of care. Student information is only accessible to the respective institute's authorized administrators. We never sell student data to third parties. All student data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
WhatsApp messages (fee receipts, reminders, notifications) are sent on behalf of the respective institute using their registered account. We do not retain the content of WhatsApp messages beyond delivery confirmation.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data centers, regular security audits, and role-based access controls to protect all data on our platform.
